The Gone But Not Forgotten quilt contains the names, ages, and dates of death (when available) of 142 people killed by the Chicago Police Department from 2006 to 2015. It also includes two victims who were included upon request of family and organizers, Quincy Birts, who was killed by the CPD in 1999, and Stephon Watts who was killed in 2012 by police in Calumet City, just outside of Chicago.
